Tim has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience which spans across multiple industries including apparel, action sports, food, consumer electronics, as well as retail store design and construction. Tim has built companies from the ground up, successfully navigated companies through recessions, and added revenue streams to stagnant companies. Tim’s extensive finance background, strong sales skills, and international manufacturing experience allows him to direct fast-growing companies to obtain high margins and healthy exits.
ZACH WALTERS
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Zach brings over 10 years of global experience leading change, directing teams, and evolving program delivery as an active duty military member. Zach is skilled at navigating politically governed organizations while evolving as the architect of streamlined processes within fast changing environments. From his entrepreneurial experience, Zach is well versed in mergers and acquisitions in order to generate substantial return on invested capital.

OPERATING PARTNER
Tricia has more than 13 years of experience in business and technology consulting including enterprise solution architecture and design as well as full-lifecycle implementation. Tricia’s areas of expertise from healthcare and manufacturing to insurance and financial services include process improvement and design, business architecture, and robotic process automation. Tricia’s focus is to transform business processes by advising clients on the processes that improve financial performance and the technologies that optimize operations to increase the digital and agile maturity of the business.
MANDAR DESHPANDE
OPERATING PARTNER
Mandar brings 15 years of technology development, product management and corporate leadership experience from multiple companies. He has expertise in managing end-to-end engineering development and manufacturing of high-tech electronic products. In his recent role at Qualcomm, Mandar manages all aspects of the wireless platform product portfolio and drives technical as well as business partnership strategies to deliver world-class solutions for customer success and ecosystem development.

Andrew brings 15 years of experience developing and scaling organizational competencies in Operations, Sales and Marketing. He has led worldwide operations in multiple industry segments focusing on Financial Services, Healthcare Services, Life Sciences, OEM and Education. Andrew partners with organizations to refine growth strategies while leveraging custom playbooks to deliver dynamic tech-enabled business transformations. Known for leading high performing teams, Andrew maintains a strong history of assembling, empowering and coaching self-organizing DevOps and agile teams. He is motivated by the challenge of unlocking value creation through persistent refinement and delivery of revenue growth and cost reductions strategies.
